How to Fix Destination folder already exists Installation Issue

When installing our plugin, if you're shown a "Destination folder already exists", this can be solved by following the steps in this FAQ.

Table of Content

Step 1 : Delete existing files
Step 2 : Upload inside revslider folder

Step 1

Delete the existing plugin files via FTP

Delete/Remove the folders/files located inside the following directory: wp-content/plugins/revslider/

Step 2

Upload the latest version of the plugin files.

And then upload the latest “revslider” files/folder that can be found inside the zip file that you downloaded from your CodeCanyon account.
