How To Increase Slide Transition Animation Performance?

Learn to improve performance during complex animations by decreasing the resolution of images.

What is Slide Transition Animation?

Slide [?] A "slide" in Slider Revolution is a container into which multiple layers can be added, with layers in turn acting as containers for various forms of media such as images, text, video, audio, buttons, and special effects.

Slides are added to modules and edited via the module editor.

Within the module editor, each slide has its own animation timeline, background and collection of layers.

A single module can have one or many slides. A module with one slide is called a scene, and a module with multiple slides is called a slider or carousel.
Transition Animations in Slider Revolution are unique animation effects that move a current slide to the next available slide with cool effects. For example, the first slide fades into the second slide.

Slide Transition Animations require the Slider Revolution module to have either an image or colored background configured for slides; the animations don’t work with transparent slides.

Why Should You Care to Improve the Performance?

Multiple slides with high-quality images and animations can hinder a module’s transition performance. To avoid this issue, you can utilize the option Prioritize Performance.

The Prioritize Performance option reduces the image quality during the transition animation to attain the best performance for the slide’s transition.

Where Can This Performance Be Improved?

You can enable the option from the Animation sub-section under the Slide Options tab. Still, first, we must configure images or colors as the slide’s background and fantastic transition effects.
