You either click directly on the layer like shown in the image above. Or select the layer in the timeline like shown in the picture below.
After selecting the layer you can edit certain properties like the content for example.
Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.
