Add Sidebar Tour

The Add Sidebar is used to add Layers onto the Stage. We’ll go through how it works in this tour.

Add Sidebar Structure

The Add Sidebar contains two main sections.

  • Quick Add 1: One-click buttons to add the most commonly used layer types.
  • All Layer Types 2: A list of buttons for adding layers of all types.

Quick Add

The Quick Add buttons allow you to add headlines, text, buttons, images and videos, each with a single click.

All Layer Types

Use the Text button to add headline, content, button and pre-designed Slider Revolution Elements text layers.

Click the Image button to add images from your WordPress library or Slider Revolution Elements. Add an image based slide background or placeholder. Alternatively, generate an image in place using SR7’s integrated AI tools.

Under the Shape button add circles, squares and lines, a cover layer, or a colored slide background.

Use the Video button to add a local video, a video from YouTube or Vimeo, select a video from Slider Revolution Elements, add a video based slide background, or add a placeholder.

Under the Audio button, add a local audio file, select audio from Slider Revolution Elements, or add a placeholder.

Click the Icon/SVG button to add text or SVG based icons.

This will open the Slider Revolution Elements window, where you can select an icon.

Use the Container button to create groups or tables with various column counts.

Click the Navigation button to add navigation controls that can be freely arranged on the stage.

Click Import Layer to bring in layers from other modules, from Slider Revolution Elements, or from your templates library.
