AI in Slider Revolution 7
As part of our premium features for Slider Revolution 7, all subscribers automatically gain access to built-in AI generation tools.
Three kinds of tool are included.
Depending on your subscription you’ll receive 50 to 2500 credits, intended to cover you for the typical needs of projects at each subscription level. (Additional AI credits can be purchased, should you need them).
Let’s see how to use each of these three AI creation tools.
Image Generation
Image generation is great for creating backgrounds and adding flare to your modules. To generate an image (1 AI credit per image) follow these steps.
Image with Default Settings
To get started fast, create an image using the settings configured by default.
Step 1: In the Module Editor go to the Top Bar -> Add 1 -> Image 2 -> AI Generation 3.

Step 2: In the AI Image Generation panel that appears, type a prompt into the field 1 at the top, then click Generate at the bottom 2.

If you’re not sure how to write a prompt, expand the Background Ideas panel 1 and click one of the items to fill in a demonstration prompt. For example, “Alpine Lake” gives the prompt pictured below.

Step 3: Wait a few seconds for the image to generate.

Step 4: When the image is ready you will see a thumbnail preview, with three action buttons in the bottom right corner. Use these buttons to either remove the background 1, view a larger preview 2, or add the image 3 onto the stage.

When added, the image will be inserted into the currently selected layer.

Image with Custom Settings
For more control over your image generation you can configure custom settings.
We will have a full technical guide available soon, but for now the settings most likely to be of interest are AI Engine, Style Preset and Aspect Ratio.

AI Engine
Use AI Engine to choose between the models FLUX 1 [schnell] and FLUX 2 [flash].

FLUX 1 [schnell] is the default model and is great for general purpose slide background creation.
FLUX 2 [flash] is a model excels at following more complex prompts.
FLUX 1 [schnell] will produce a broader range of styles from similar prompts, while FLUX 2 [flash] tends to produce a more consistent style.
When you switch models a different set of items will appear in the Background Ideas panel.

Style Preset
Use Style Preset to guide image generation to use a specific visual style, e.g. Cinematic, 3D Render.

Aspect Ratio
Use Aspect Ratio to control the aspect ratio of the generated image.

Read more about choosing the ideal image aspect ratio -> in our guide to image optimization.
Background Removal
After generating an image you can optionally remove its background (2 AI credits per image).
Step 1: Generate a background removal friendly image.
For best results your prompt should be written with background removal in mind.
It should include instructions to isolate the image subject. For example:
“Fully visible from head to toe, centered in frame, no cropping.”
“Entire object fully visible.”
It should also include instructions to create a solid background, so it’s more easily removed. For example:
“Plain white background.”
“Solid neutral background.”
Here is an example prompt that produced a computer mouse with a solid white background.

Step 2: Click the background removal button 1, then in the AI Image Background Removal panel that appears click Remove Background 2.

Step 3: Wait a few seconds for the background removal to run, and the new image preview to appear. Then click the + button 1 to insert the image onto the stage.

Step 4: You can now add anything you like behind the image, such as a background color for example, and it will cleanly show through.

Text Generation
AI can also be used to help with text generation, editing and translating in your modules.
The AI text tool doesn’t use any credits, and is included with your subscription.
Step 1: In the Module Editor add a text layer (of any type) by going to the Top Bar -> Add 1 -> Headline / Content / Button 2.

Step 2: With the text layer selected, go to the Design Mode right sidebar 1 -> Layer tab 2 -> Text section 3 -> Content field, and click the AI button 4 in the bottom right corner.

Step 3: In the AI Text Generation panel that appears, choose one of the seven helpful functions 1 available then click Generate 2 to proceed.

The seven AI text functions are:
- Fix Mistakes: Correct typing, spelling and grammar issues.
- Translate: Translate between languages.
- Expand: Expand text from a small prompt.
- Shorten: Shorten text from a longer prompt.
- Change Tone: Rewrite in different tones e.g. friendly, inspirational.
- Improve Clarity: Edit to enhance ease of reading.
- Advanced: Add custom instructions of your own.
