Why Cache Clearing is Necessary

Below are the steps to clear plugin, browser, hosting, and CDN caches. Follow them each time you update to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Cache Plugins

In the WordPress admin panel go to Settings -> WP Rocket -> Tools tab and click the Clear Cache button.

W3 Total Cache
In the WordPress admin panel go to Settings -> W3TC -> main tab and click the empty all caches button in the top button bar.

WP Super Cache
In the WordPress admin panel go to Settings -> WP Super Cache and click the Delete Cache button.

Browser Cache
After updating clear your browser cache so changes take effect. You only need to remove the cache not cookies or saved passwords. Restart your browser once done.

GoDaddy / Media Temple
To clear your GoDaddy or Media Temple cache click the Flush Cache button located in the WordPress admin bar.

WP Engine
