Why isn’t Slider Revolution 7 included with my One‑Time license?

Slider Revolution 7 is a brand‑new product, built over three years.

We rebuilt the visual editor, rendering engine, and template system from scratch, it’s not a “quick upgrade.”

Your one‑time license helped fund years of SR6 improvements, but a single purchase can’t sustainably cover a multi‑year rebuild and the ongoing work that comes after: new features, security hardening, compatibility updates, and real‑human support.

That’s why SR7 is sold under our yearly plans.

The upside is that the cost stays predictable, for example, Scale works out to about €0.84 per site/year (based on 250 sites).

If you’re staying on SR6, you’re safe, you keep what you bought, and we’ll continue critical fixes for at least 24 months after SR7 goes live.
