We, the staff at ThemePunch OHG (Slider Revolution), want our customers to be satisfied with the product they have bought, whether it is a new purchase, a renewal, or an upgrade. As such, we offer a voluntary 14-day refund window on all purchase transactions. Please read the policy below carefully.
Important Notice
Refunds will only be considered for an original purchase, renewal payment, or upgrade payment if the refund request is received within 14 days of that specific payment being made.
Your license will be invalidated and deactivated immediately upon the submission of a refund request, and all future auto-renewals for that license will be canceled immediately. A deactivated license cannot be restarted, renewed, or reactivated.
Please observe the following restrictions:
- We cannot refund a portion of a license transaction.
- No partial refunds will be granted for early termination or unapplied discount/coupon codes.
- We cannot downgrade a license to a different license level.
- We cannot refund a transaction if you have already reported it to your bank or PayPal as fraudulent or initiated a chargeback. Please contact us first to resolve the issue.
Nonconformity and Sole Discretion
Please note that by purchasing the plugin, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of use, including this Refund Policy. After 14 days have elapsed from the date of a transaction for the software license, the buyer agrees they have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods/software and signifies to the seller that the goods are conforming or that the buyer will retain them in spite of any nonconformity. At that point, any amounts paid are no longer eligible for a refund.
All refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of ThemePunch OHG. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for customers who have previously purchased and obtained refunds for a Slider Revolution license to prevent abuse of this policy.
How To Request
Refunds must be requested exclusively via our dedicated refund portal at: https://account.sliderrevolution.com/portal/refunds/
Refund requests sent via email, social media, any contact form, or any other means will not be considered or processed.
Processing Time
We generally process refund requests quite quickly, but we appreciate your patience for up to 7 days. Your financial institution may take additional time (from a few days to weeks) to complete their refund process and post the funds back to your account. We cannot provide a receipt for a refund.
Refund Amount
Refunds will only be made for the exact amount paid in the original transaction. Some variation, either higher or lower, may be seen in refunds for customers who paid in international currencies, strictly due to differences in global exchange rates between the original purchase date and the date of the refund.
Refunding An Upgrade
When requesting a refund for a license upgrade:
- If your refund request is received within 14 days of the original transaction, we will refund the price paid for the upgrade, and the price paid for the original transaction (in two separate refunds).
- If your refund request is received more than 14 days after the original transaction, but within 14 days of the upgrade transaction, we will refund only the upgrade price paid.
- We cannot downgrade a license to a lower license level. Your license will be entirely deactivated after the refund is processed.
Terminology
- “Original purchase” refers to the first purchase transaction of a new license.
- “Renewal” refers to a payment made to extend the term of a license.
- “Upgrade” refers to a payment made to change a license from one type to a type of higher value.

This policy was last updated in February 2026. We reserve the right to change or modify the current refund policy with no prior notice.
