A few remarks when creating a scroll based scene:
Layers that have timeline scroll based handling “enabled” are only animating depending on their scroll position.
To prevent them from just “popping up” when the module loads, this trick can be used:
- Place the layer that should animate on scroll inside a group
- Disable the scroll based handling for the group
- Add an animation to the group, which will be played time based (this is your smooth in-animation for the layer!)
- The whole timeline duration is mapped on the height of the module in the frontend. This is why you need to space out the keyframes of your scroll based animation layer.
- Add a short keyframe in which the layer will be visible immediately (The group will be the in-animation) and place a longer keyframe at a later point in the timeline.
In addition, the “fixed during scroll” option allows you to specify a range on the timeline during which the module will be in a fixed position.
Hello.
This is a cool feature!
But how do I scroll from one slide to the next?
I have everything set to on scroll, and my timeline set to 15 seconds, but once my slide is done animating, it still waits 15 seconds to go to the next slide….
Can you advise on how I can address this?

Hello, I made my slider following the model of the Food Delivery Lottie Scroll, everything works fine in the preview, but when I insert it on the page, the module stays fixed, but the animation does not play or neither the page scrolls down ever, even when I insert the original sample, the same thing happens, do I need to adjust any other parameter?. I can’t write to support, because it’s out of date, even when I never use it.
